ZILLOW HOME VALUE ESTIMATOR
This site can be helpful in the prilimary estimates of you home if there are similar comparible sales in the area.  If the home is unique, in an area where homes are not selling, or has  been upgraded significantly from what the county records show, the estimate will be less accurate.  Remember, this is just and AVM (automated valuation model).  It will never be as accurate as a human appraisal.
